Shipping, Returns and Other Information
Shipping

All orders are carefully packed and mailed via the United States Postal Service. Orders usually ship the same or next business day, but please allow 1-2 business days to be sure. Tracking is included, I will provide you with the number after shipping.

Once shipped, domestic orders usually take anywhere from 2-5 days to arrive. If you would like your order to arrive sooner, contact me prior to purchase for upgraded shipping options and pricing.

International shipping times vary depending on country.

Returns
​
I want you to be happy and satisfied with your order. If for any reason you aren't, please contact me within 5 days of receiving it and let me know you would like to make a return. Once the item is returned to me (you pay shipping cost) I can issue a refund (minus shipping cost), provide online store credit or offer an exchange.

Exchanges on gifts

If the item is unworn/unused and in it's original condition, I will offer an exchange or store credit if it is outside of the usual 5 day return window, and within 6 weeks of purchase date. Please contact me here .

Materials
​
I strive to make socially and environmentally responsible choices in creating my work, running my business and living my life as much is as reasonably possible. I use recycled (but newly made) sterling silver to create my own earwires, pins and other handmade jewelry components. Silver precious metal clay, another material I use often, is made from recycled material. The boxes and tags I use are from recycled paper.
