These dangly earrings are entirely handmade. They feature black beads with periwinkle purple flowers on top of an intricately detailed green vine design. Coral colored dots add a pop of color to the center of each flower.
Glass beads are handmade one at time in the flame of a torch using the lampworking technique. They've been properly kiln annealed and are very strong. If treated carefully, they'll outlast us.
Silver caps with a spiral pattern frame the beads. They're 99.9% fine silver, handmade from an amazing material, silver metal clay.
Recycled argentium sterling silver (made in the US and is more tarnish resistant than traditional sterling) is used to hand make the earwires and pins the beads dangle from.
These earrings measure 1 1/2" long and are about 3/4" at their widest points. Each earring weighs about 8 grams, which is about the weight of a dime and a quarter.
Quantities of this design are limited and there will be slight variations in each pair as shown in second to last picture. This listing is for one pair.
These earrings are handmade in Bend, Oregon, USA.
3% of the sale price is donated to the Bend, Oregon Habitat for Humanity.
